Price a whole rack in Google Sheets
- Put the items in a sheet. One row per item: brand and item in column A, condition in column B (
new_with_tags,used_like_new,used_good…). - Add one formula.
=SOLDPRICE(A2:A200, , B2:B200)fills in what each item typically sells for on Poshmark in that condition. - Decide what goes online.
=BUYORPASS(A2:A200, 8)flags items worth listing at an $8 cost, after Poshmark's fee. Everything else goes to the floor or the bin.

What it cleans out
- Listings that aren't the same item (a search for "coach tabby" won't count a Coach wallet).
- Bundles and lots, kids' sizes, duplicates and extreme prices.
- Every answer says how many sales it used and how confident it is, so staff know when to double-check.
