The service
SoldStack ("we") provides an API that returns sold listings from resale marketplaces, with summary statistics. By creating an API key or using the API you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a company, you're agreeing on the company's behalf.
Your API key
- Keep your key secret and on your own server. You're responsible for requests made with it.
- One account per person or company. Don't create extra free keys to get around plan limits.
- If your key leaks, email us and we'll replace it.
How you can use the data
- You can use results inside your own products, for example to show prices, suggest prices, or analyse the market for your users.
- You can't resell or redistribute the raw API output as a data feed or competing API.
- Don't use SoldStack to harass sellers or buyers, or for anything illegal.
- You're responsible for following the marketplaces' own terms in how you use the data in your product.
Accuracy
The data comes from marketplaces' public sold listings and is provided as is. Listings can be wrong, incomplete, or show a listed price rather than a final negotiated one. A marketplace can change its site or become unavailable without warning. Don't rely on SoldStack as the only basis for financial decisions.
Plans, billing and cancelling
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time on your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your key goes back to Free.
- Payments aren't refunded for partly used months. If something went wrong, such as a double charge or the API being down for a long time, email us and we'll make it right.
- Unused lookups don't roll over. We'll tell you at least 30 days before changing the price of your plan.
Availability
We work to keep the API running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Failed lookups (errors from the marketplace) don't count against your plan.
Ending access
You can stop using SoldStack at any time. We can suspend a key that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and we'll email you first unless it's urgent. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SoldStack isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll email paying customers at least 14 days ahead. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
