How to find sold prices on Poshmark

Sold prices tell you what buyers actually pay. Here's where to find them, what trips people up, and a free way to get a clean number in seconds.

Find them in the Poshmark app or website

  1. Search for the item: brand plus model works best, e.g. coach tabby 26.
  2. Open Filter and set Availability to Sold Items.
  3. Add your size and, if it matters, the condition filter, so you compare like with like.

You'll see listings that sold and the price they sold at. That's the raw material for pricing. The hard part is reading it.

Why the sold list can mislead you

  • Different items mixed in. A search for "nike dunk" returns highs, lows, kids' pairs and lookalikes, all at different prices.
  • Bundles. "Lot of 3" listings sell for more than one item ever would.
  • Condition. New with tags often sells for two or three times what a worn one does. Lululemon Align leggings sell for about $75 new with tags but $24 in good condition.
  • Offers. The price shown is the last listed price. Accepted offers below it don't show, so real prices run a little lower.

How to read the numbers

  • Use the middle price (median), not the average. One listing that sold high drags the average up; the median stays put.
  • Look at the range. If most sales fall between $40 and $60, list in that range and you'll sell.
  • Check how fast it sold. An item that sells in 3 days can be priced at the top of the range. One that took 2 months can't.
  • Take off the fee. Poshmark keeps 20% at $15 and up and $2.95 below that. Work out what you'll keep with the fee calculator.

The faster way

SoldStack does the cleaning for you: it pulls Poshmark's sold listings, removes other items, bundles, kids' sizes and outliers, and gives the typical sold price, the range, days to sell, what you keep after fees, and the price by condition. Type an item:

Common questions

Can you see sold prices on Poshmark?

Yes. Search for the item, open Filter, and set Availability to Sold Items. Each result shows the price it sold at.

Is the Poshmark sold price what the buyer actually paid?

It's the listing's last price. If the seller accepted a lower offer, the real price may have been a little lower, so treat sold prices as a slight overestimate.

Why do Poshmark sold prices vary so much?

The sold list mixes different models, sizes and conditions, plus bundles and kids' sizes. Narrow the search to the exact model and look at the middle of the prices, not the highest or the average.

How do I price a lot of items at once?

Use a spreadsheet: SoldStack's free Google Sheets formula =SOLDPRICE("brand item") returns the typical sold price for every row in a column.
