Sold prices in Google Sheets.

Type =SOLDPRICE("coach tabby 26") in any cell and get what it actually sells for on Poshmark. Point it at a whole column and your inventory sheet prices itself.

Formulas don't ask for any Google permissions. The script only sends the item, size, condition and cost to SoldStack. It doesn't read anything else in your sheet.

Formulas

Functions

=SOLDPRICE(item)a number
What the item typically sells for on Poshmark: the median of its clean sold listings. =SOLDPRICE("nike dunk low") → 68
=SOLDSTATS(item)7 cells across
Typical price, low, high, days to sell, what you keep after Poshmark's fee, sales used and confidence. Put =SOLDSTATS_HEADERS() in the row above for column titles.
=BUYORPASS(item, cost)BUY, MAYBE or PASS
Whether it's worth buying at that price. BUY means at least $10 profit after fees, enough steady sales to trust the price, and it usually sells within 90 days. =BUYORPASS("coach tabby 26", 40) → BUY

Optional extras

Every function takes a size and a condition after the item, and BUYORPASS takes them after the cost:

sizee.g. 8, M, 10.5
Only sales in this size. =SOLDPRICE("lululemon align leggings", 6)
conditionnew or used
Only new or only used sales. =SOLDPRICE("ugg tasman", 8, "used"). Leave the size empty to skip it: =SOLDPRICE("ugg tasman", , "new")
min_profitBUYORPASS only
The smallest profit after fees worth it to you. Default 10. =BUYORPASS(A2, B2, , , 20)

Inventory sheets

Whole columns

Give a function a range instead of one cell and it fills the whole column. This is faster than dragging a formula down, and it's easier on Google's limits.

Examples
=SOLDPRICE(A2:A100)
=SOLDSTATS(A2:A100)
=BUYORPASS(A2:A100, B2:B100)

Empty rows stay empty. If one item has a problem, its row shows the reason and the rest still fill in.

Tips

Good to know

  • Search like you'd search Poshmark: brand plus item, like coach tabby 26. Fewer words find more sales.
  • Prices are today's prices. SoldStack uses the last year of sales when there are at least 8 of them, and older sales only when there aren't.
  • Check confidence for rare items. A price from 3 sales is a rough guess. SOLDSTATS shows how many sales were used and how sure the number is.
  • New items take a couple of seconds. A long list of items you've never looked up fills in over a minute or so. If a row says "Still loading", re-enter the formula.
  • Show dollars with Format → Number → Currency.
  • To refresh prices, re-enter the formula. Sheets keeps results until you do.

Plans

Lookups & your key

Each item you look up for the first time counts as one lookup. Looking the same item up again within 6 hours is free, and so is changing the size, condition or cost. Free keys get 100 lookups a month; paid plans go up to 60,000. You can see what you've used on your account page.

Your key is inside the script, so anyone who can edit the sheet can see it. People you share the sheet with as viewers or commenters can't. If your key gets out, email us and we'll replace it.
